Will I need or ist it advisable to secure my system any further?

Hi,
I’m completely new to all this self-hosting stuff and I’m a little scared for security risks in my setup.
I have Nextcloud-AiO installed on my debian server installation. Everything I did on that machine is install docker and Nc-AiO.
Will I need to, or rather is it advisable to add additional security layers like a firewall on my host? I also have a router that probably does that already? It’s a Fritz!Box 4060.
I have the router setup so ports 80 and 443 on the host are accessible from the Internet. I wonder if I can close port 80 after the Let’s Encrypt certificates have been installed?

In addition, it is worth noting that security also has a lot to do with IT knowledge. Try to understand the programmes and communications. Then you will also recognise what makes sense and what does not make sense in terms of security.
