Hi, could anybody tell me which data formats are supported by nextcloud? Can I upload and download any file and/or are there any limitations like - I can only few certain data formats - ?

it’s cloud storage. You can put any file type on it.
If you want to limit what file types are allowed you can do that with access rules:
