This is covered in numerous places on the forum. Please use the search function.
Beyond that is is challenging to be helpful as you ignored the rest of the support template , covering topics such as the browser inspector logs/etc.

Thanks for your response. I have little experience with next cloud and struggled to answer all of the questions.

The short answer is those listed files aren’t part of Nextcloud but are located in your Nextcloud installation folder. Nextcloud won’t update until you remove those files.
You can move them somewhere else, delete them, etc.
I suggest a backup first, but hopefully you’re doing that anyhow.
