When nextcloud will support PHP 8.4?

On my server I’m moving all application to work with PHP 8.4 but I cannot do with NexctCloud who gives an error that PHP 8.4 is not supported.

How many long will take to support PHP 8.4?
I read the version will support it will be Nextcloud 31 but also I read on February maybe just the version 30.0.6 will be released.

There is some file I can edit to run with PHP 8.4? This can cause future update issue as well? I suppose is not suggest do this I need to wait. For now NextCloud seems to be the only app on my server that cannot run yet PHP 8.4

New PHP versions are only supported via new major NC releases (to avoid introducing breaking changes).

Existing majors (until they reach end of life) only receive critical bug fixes after initial release.

PHP 8.4 was released after v30’s initial release.

Thank you for the replies but I still not understand if I could do something to support PHP 8.4 or how much I need wait until will be supported in the stable.

Did you check the release schedule?

v31 is in beta now. It’ll be released in ~35 days.

Thanks, yes i opened all links buy i was unable to understand that versioni 31 shoukd be released in about 35 days. Thanks.
