I found after installing Ubuntu 16.04.3 and setting ipv6 to ignore this forum wont display. Also appstore as well.
The snap nextcloud install has no apps in the list.
I have set ipv6 to local link only and have to find a way to refresh tool bar on new install of snap nc 17 done 5 hours ago.
