We are using NextCloud 11 to remotely access a few Windows server shares using WebDAV with pass-through authentication (LDAP/AD).
Once the drive is mapped the WebDAV URL, the user is getting intermittent but repeated prompts for credentials, even though they were entered and the save box checked. It happens when traversing the directory structure, opening files, saving files…there doesn’t seem to be a time-based or procedural patter than we can discern. This is confusing and frustrating for the users. Any ideas why this is happening?
Also, when we map the drive on the client PC to the WebDAV URL we are prompted for credentials. Is there a way to use integrated authentication for this? Maybe this is more of a Windows question…
