The issue you are facing:
After I moved my datadirectory to another path, I am facing problems using WebDAV.
I changed the path to the data directory in the config.php of nextcloud.
But I think I also have to do something similar in the nginx config file for my server.
Here I see the entries
return 301 $scheme://$host/remote.php/dav;
for CardDAV and CalDAV, which both also do not seem to be correct.
Trying to access the files via WebDAV through HTTPS I do get a connection timeout, doing the same using the unsecured way (HTTP), I do get access.

Steps to replicate it:
- Changed datadirectory
- Restart Server
- Try to access via WebDAV
