For those that use Cloudflare WAF and also have a persistent error in your web interface.
Check your Cloudflare WAF!
The infringing rule is PLONE0002
After disabling this rule you should see that the error has cleared!
Additionally Cloudflare WAF Bot protections will break the ability to federate with other nextcloud instances.
