Web form now requires login?

I created a NextCloud form used in our web site. It worked well, at least for awhile. We’ve just noticed that now the Form link directs first to the NextCloud login page. I’m not aware of having made any change to induce this behavior.

I’ll gather that information and post it. We’re on a shared service at mayfirst.org .

I do have a long shot speculation. The form worked fine for a while. I
used NextCloud’s ‘Copy’ facility to make a copy of the form, but never got
around to doing anything with it, so the copy was just sitting there.
Maybe the copy operation caused some confusion for NextCloud’s internals?
I did delete the copy earlier, but the problem persisted.
