Is there a web application of Nextcloud for windows?
So i can use also my apps on windows and not only in my chrome browser?

You can also use Windows Edge Browser, Mozilla Firefox Browser or other browsers.
Also you can mount your files with webdav

There are also clients for carddav and caldav.

I think they added a few APIs on some applications (deck, …), so you could build a desktop application.
