ummm… that’s one of the most basic things in windows. well and we are no windows-forum.
though here’s a hint: right-click on the windows sign (left corner at the bottom/win 10 or somewhere at the bottomline/win 11 - though mostly to the left side of the menu-bar) and choose “Explorer” - a new window opens and then you can doubleclick in every folder (yellow) you want

I simply wanted to see my folders in explorer.

Ok, that is possible with my proposal.

Second idea is to install the Nextcloud sync client and you are able to access all your files from Nextcloud in your Windows Explorer.
Does this meet your needs?
