Video player controls insible on white backgrounds

Nextcloud version 19.0.3
Operating system and version Debian 10

Video controls are invisible due to white video background with white controls without any dark background. My theming color is #F3D7B3 so it doesn’t seem to affect video player settings.

Is this the first time you’ve seen this error? (Y/N):Y

Steps to replicate it:

  1. Upload a video that has a white background
  2. Open video in nextcloud

Looks like this:

Pause/Play or audio controls are impossible to find.

It is possible this is related to https://github.com/nextcloud/files_videoplayer/issues/146 but then again that wouldn’t solve anything.
