Video + Call dependent of the Browser

All,

I’m using spreed on internet through a coturn server.
Everything was working well voice and video quality up to 5 months ago.

Steps to reproduce

Connect on the webserver interface
Start a call

Expected behaviour

Good voice and video as before

Actual behaviour

Windows 7 laptop on internet, my ubuntu laptop in the lan of the server.

Windows 7 + Firefox => good video quality, I can hear them with a robot voice they can hear me,
Windows 7 + Opera => good video quality, I can hear them normally, they cannot hear me,
Windows 7 + Chrome => good video quality, I can hear them normally, they cannot hear me,
Windows 7 + Brave => good video quality, I can hear them & they can hear me, but the quality is not great.

I confirmed that the volume per application is at maximum on the windows 7. Unfortunately i don’t have physically access to this windosw 7 and then troubleshoot is difficult.

When i’m doing test by myself with a machine on internet everything works fine, thus i guess the problem is only related to this windows 7 machine.

Any idea ?

To give an update, I tried with the same person but this time he used a different computer and was working fine.
The problem is purely related to his machine under windows 10, as fix i’ll install him ubuntu in dual boot.
