I just installed the latest snap instance, and mounted my NFS share via fstab. I also installed the removable-media plug in, and changed the config.php to point to the data share. I have the instance starting, but when I go to log in, I an error

Please change the permissions to 0770 so that the directory cannot be listed by other users.

I tried to change the permissions to 0770, but I cannot, even as root. I am looking for other workarounds, or if anyone else has bumped into this issue.
