Is there a way we could configure a Collabora instance that just acted as a viewer (not even an export function)? Use case is for people who just need to review a document (email attachment or QA process) but are out of the office - where the organisation normally uses MS Office and they don’t want to risk accidental round-tripping? Any comments they wanted to make would be outside the document proper, and any changes recommended passed to the document owner as comments or via chat/telephone.

If you share a document by link (and optionally using a password), you can configure this link to provide only read access. In this case CODE will disable the editing features, but will probably still provide export functionality.
