User storage quota settings don't show in overview

Hi,
I’m new to NextCloud (today!) - I have a hosted instance (by Ionos - I can’t find which version of NC - NC ‘about’ doesn’t seem to provide that info); running on some Linux platform backed by MySQL DB.

I’ve tried setting user storage quotas, as admin, but for some reason, in the admin view they all show as 512GB (I’m on a 500GB Ionos plan), until I try to edit them, when they revert to ‘as set’ values.

I found and changed the default quota (to 1GB) and the user that was created since that change now shows the correct quota - it just seems not to update existing users.

Feature? Or recognised bug? I haven’t found any other posts mentioning it here.

thanks for reading - JS

That’s default setting files upload =< 512 on 1 file i thought it was setting in .htaccess or config.php got to change it to your preferred

I can change my quotas in NC 29, and on reloading the page, they stay as well. Normally we would ask for errors in the logs, for specifics about your system but since you are on a hosted Nextcloud, it is managed by your hoster. Good point, you can ask your hoster, they are Platinum Partner of the company.
