User Limit reached - AIO but not reached

Good afternoon all,

We are seeing a User limit reached error when adding users to AIO. We are definitely under 100, but adding new manual users triggers the notification.

Could it be 100 contacts in the system address book?

Can you post the correct message? Maybe we can find it in the source code.

We had about 30 remnants in the table, we started deleting these and found new user synced and new ones could be created… shouldnt this happen automatically? some of these people had been removed months ago

but they count to the user limit?

If so, that really should be shown somewhere. if you are going to add a user limit on a product, at least give people the tools to see things like this. Unless there is an occ command for this already? or i have missed it in the gui
