User focused release notes

I’m a user of Home Assistant. When there is a new Home Assistant release (usually every month) they publish a document where the user can read what the release brings in terms of functionality and features. They also have a changelog with every commit.

Does Nextcloud have a similar, user focused, release document? When I read about a new release (e.g. Updates for Nextcloud Hub 25 Autumn & 26 Winter, right before our spring release - Nextcloud ) there’s only a full changelog.

As a user I’m primarily interested in user visible changes in behaviour, features, new and modified apps, etc..

afaik there’s always an annoucement under “news” as soon as a new version get’s released.

Not for maintenance releases. Only major releases.
