User files folder not created for LDAP user

Nextcloud version (eg, 18.0.2): 19.0.3
Operating system and version (eg, Ubuntu 20.04): Centos 8
Apache or nginx version (eg, Apache 2.4.25): nginx/1.18.0
PHP version (eg, 7.1): 7.4.10

The issue you are facing:

We are using the LDAP backend (LDAP user and group backend) to manage our users and groups. All the users are correctly synchronized between the LDAP and Nextcloud. And same for the group.
The folder root folder for the users are created in the data folder:

The users can login and the default skelon files are showing up. But, the folder files (/data/user1/files) are not created inside the user folder. So, until the user create manually a new folder using the webui, he can’t create files or upload any files from his computer.
Once the folder created, everything is working normally.

Is this the first time you’ve seen this error? (Y/N): Y

Steps to replicate it:

  1. Create a user in the LDAP directory
  2. Connect for the first time into the webui
  3. Try to upload a file/folder or create a file

We didn’t have any error on the log, so I didn’t add it to this post. I will add it later if I have some errors showing up.
I’m using all default value for the config.php file execpt database and secret settings.

Thanks in advance for the help!
