I was wondering if there is an option, or perhaps it’s a feature that’s been discussed, of storing a users data in their own home directory instead of a global Nextcloud data directory?
I’m building a server solution where a user will have storage for files, and also an option for media storage (hopefully with plex and/or emby). But I want to be able to set quotas on how much storage a user gets for all their data storage. it would be much easier if Nextcloud, plex, and any other service I go with, will just create a directory in the users home directory (ex: /home/awilisch/nextcloud/data). Then I can set quotas on their home directory and it will apply to everything they have.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions/help.
