User blocks often in an AD integration

I have NextCloud integrated with my AD and, often, when I login to NC it indicates a bad password, when I try again it says the same, bad password. Then I realize that the user is blocked in AD. The blocking is not caused by any other service, NC attempts block user, I don’t know why but it happens often, once a week or every 2 weeks.

Anyone is suffering the same?

Nextcloud version : 12.0.3
Operating system and version: Ubuntu 16.04
Apache or nginx version: 2.4.18
PHP version: 7.0.22
