It seems that we lost assignments of users to cards in Deck throughout different boards. Probably this happended when we removed individual users and added assignments for user groups in the boards-sharing details.
We were not aware that removing the users would also remove all assignments on cards. The App should either give a warning that this will happen or not remove assignments at all and leave this to the user.
And yet there seems to be a bug which cause side effects to other boards. It was described here and closed without an answer: Deleting users on a board deletes all assignments to deck cards on other boards as well
Does Deck - Issue #3963 accurately describe your report? If so, please upvote and subscribe to that report to assist with prioritization.
At least the side effect is described by this issue report. I will add a feature request for a better warning regarding the effects of user removement.
