Use (external) calendar *AS* available working hours

Hi all,
I work flexible hours, and run four Nextcloud instances for my different jobs and family scheduling.
What I would like to be able to do is create a ‘work’ calendar on my home NC server – which would show me as ‘busy’ for my family – and import that calendar into my work Nextcloud instances where it would show as my available time so colleagues could book meetings etc.

I know I can post my working hours in the personal settings, but those are only useful if you work the same hours every week.
