USB Disk broken Data Dir lost

Hi,

unfortunatly my USB disks with the data dir crashed . :-(. Of course, the backup files are also broken …

However, my nextcloudpi database and installation is stored on the sd card. So everything is running so far (without the data dir).

Is there a way to create and initialize a new data directory? I only found the threads about moving the data dir and not about how to create a blank new data directory.

Bummer :face_with_raised_eyebrow: I think you can just create a new ncdata directory and use config.php to point to the new path.
Not sure what would happen tho, it wouldnt have any data…You could just run nc-init, but that will re-initiate/wipe your database, so best to make backups of your /config/ and database before trying anything.
