Im using HestiaCP, ubuntu 22.04,

That’s just a generic error from your web server. Please check your Nextcloud log. By default it’s called nextcloud.log located within your configured datadirectory. This is often data/ within your installation directory.
That log will contain the details to figure out what is going on (unless the problem is outside of Nextcloud).
P.S. There is a support template you seem to have overlooked filling out. It asks you to check your log, post your config, etc…

I don’t have a simple solution. But first I would try disabling the apps that you have force enabled:
Apart from that, an internal server error is a pretty generic message, but it usually indicates that the frontend cannot connect to a backend service such as the database or Redis. Could be because the system is busy or because the corresponding service is not available. So I would restart the server, and if that doesn’t help, check if all relevant services are running, and how the CPU and memory utilization of your server looks like.

Look for the following parameters in /etc/redis/redis.conf and change them as follows:

add www-data to the redis group:

change the Redis array as follows in the config.php:
