Good Morning!
I have a little problem with uploading folders to NC. (I use Win10 and NC on a hosted web-space with the german provider all-inkl.com).
I can upload files and pictures by drag and drop as well as via the upload-menue. That’s fine.
However I can not upload any folder, even an empty one is not possible. This isn’t possible by drag and drop nor via the upload-menue. For example, if I try to upload by drag and drop any folder to the main directory of NC, the directory-area on the screen turns blue without any uploading.
So, what can I do to solve this problem?

Folders can only be uploaded by Google Chrome. Other browsers do not support this atm.
I reported an issue at https://github.com/nextcloud/server/issues/1336 to bring back the error message it displayed in older versions.

Of course it would be appreciated to know by an error notice within NC that Firefox is not cooperating well with NC. I think here in Germany Firefox is more frequently used as Chrome.
Just tried this in Firefox 57.0 and it worked fine.

I’m running NC 18.0.1 on Ubuntu and I’m having this issue today. I can’t upload empty folders. If I upload a folder with sub-folders and any of them are empty, the empty ones don’t upload. If I have 6 folders deep and the last folder has a file in it all of the ancestor folders to that file upload. However no empty folders within that structure will upload. Has anyone found a solution to this?
I’m running Nextcloud 20.0.6 and I can’t drap and drop any file or folder.
In fact for the first file drag and drop work. But for followers don’t.
That is the same on Chrome/Mozila Unbuntu or W10
