Uploading file finish but the file is not there

Nextcloud version: 12.0.5
Operating system and version: shared host.
Apache or nginx version: 2.4.29
PHP version: 7

The issue you are facing:
When I try to upload a big file (>500mb), the loading bar runs until the end, I don’t get any error message on notification or in the logs. But the file is not there. I changed the max filesize to 2GB on admin. But still

Is this the first time you’ve seen this error?: No. I keep getting this behavior all the time. I had it in a VPS and in the shared host I am now.

Steps to replicate it:

  1. Upload a big file
  2. Wait to finish the upload
  3. No file on the folder.
