Upload with iOS App not working

Hi,
i am a nextcloud newby and have some problems with upload files from my iphone.

Many files are listed inside transmission section but all are waiting. No file is uploading.
My server version is: 17.0.2
My iOS version is: 2.25.9.2

  • The login is working. I can see the list of all my folders and files inside the app and they are up2date.
  • The download is not working, too. I only can see the preview for pictures for example.
  • I can start a new file upload inside the app and already got access to my picture library.
  • If i start a safari browser i can login to nextcloud and upload a file.
  • There is no information inside the owncloud.log.
  • I configured auto upload for pictures and videos when i got wlan connection. I disabled the wlan setting but nothing changed.
  • I reinstalled the iOS app but nothing changes.
  • The server is accessable via https with a self signed cert.
  • My windows client is able to sync (up-/download) files with the nextcloud app.
  • All files inside the transmission section are waiting for days.

Hope someone is able to help me. I have no idea why it is not working.

I tried a different device (iPad) same iOS Version connected into the same wifi and at is working.
What can i do?

Yes, same issue here with latest nextcloud client for iPhone…

did you verified it on e.g. iPad?
is it working there?

No only iPhone, don’t have ipad. The server is ok on 8.0.1 and the upload works via browser and using Linux nextcloud-client.

i installed the app again new and it wont work

someone with any idea?
any debugging ideas?

Try setting

‘ldapPagingSize’ => 0,

Seems to help for me as a workaround

Hi,
after an update to Server Version 18.0.3 it is working again.
No config changes.
