Hi,
I noticed that uploading files while the app is focused is much faster than when it is in background.
1.5 MB/s vs 8MB/s.
I am using a Samsung s20 running android 10.
Since files are pretty large when making videos it is starting to get annoying.
What can I do about this?

Hmm, I would say a lot of other things. But nothing that I know of that would interfere with nextcloud.
Does it have something to do with energy saver settings? I think I turned them all off regarding nextcloud.
Or is it normal that uploading files in background is slower than when it is not?
There has to be a way to change this

I still have 1MB/s when nextcloud app is running in background but approx 8MB/s when running in foreground.
Could be simple battery saving features from Samsung or Android, that will reduce usage of cpu for apps in a background.
