Upload Size for one User

Dear Nextcloud Team,

after my Update from 30.0.0 to 30.0.1 I have the following issue:

I (User 1) cannot upload files >10MB. I tried over the Web-UI and the Desktop Client. If I log in to another user I can upload all files. It is not a problem with the Quota because 1st it is a external storage an 2nd my quota ist 0B of 1GB used. Please help me.

Please use forum search for “upload size” - you will find dozends of threads then.

Hello, Its not a problem with the php.ini file cause the problem is only for ONLY ONE user. every other user can upload files bigger than 10MB.

What happens precisely?

Also, please check:

  • Browser inspector (monitor the Network and Console tabs while attempting to upload)
  • Nextcloud log

Then please check his quota and his free space including trash-folder again as well as access and permissions to external storage.
