Hello, I want to use auto upload on mobile (Android and iOS), but just want files to be upload newer than date X. Is this somehow doable? Basically a filter on the files to upload.
Background:
I want to change my upload on mobile from Dropbox with PhotoSync to pure NextCloud. Because of the existing solution I have already a lot of old files in Dropbox, which I will migrate.
When I setup auto upload at the Nextcloud app, it starts uploading all files no matter their date.
But I want it only to upload files beginning from date X.
Is this somehow doable? What else do you need from me?
Does this exist at all or shall I create a feature request at GitHub?
Alternatives I see:
- switching to NextCloud anyway, letting all old data upload and then deleting it on the server
- uploading to NextCloud with PhotoSync, which already has the information about already uploaded data. (I tried it already)
Additional info:
- To emulate a similar setup as I have with PhotoSync (sorting files into directories (YYYY-MM) and renaming them) with only NextCloud apps I found AutoRename to work good enough.
