# Upgrading from 34.0.0 to 34.0.2 fails on docker

when I want to upgrade my nextcloud from version 34.0.0 to 34.0.2 using docker image pull I get this error.

I build example image from here [docker/.examples/dockerfiles/full/apache/Dockerfile at master · nextcloud/docker · GitHub](https://github.com/nextcloud/docker/blob/master/.examples/dockerfiles/full/apache/Dockerfile) and I found the issue it’s this pr [PHP 8.5 by J0WI · Pull Request #2580 · nextcloud/docker · GitHub](https://github.com/nextcloud/docker/pull/2580) when i change the base image from php8.5 to php 8.4 everything works perfectly
