Reimporting contacts and calendars might be complicated if you only have a database backup. So you might want to have a look at _[calcardbackup](https://help.nextcloud.com/t/calcardbackup-bash-script-to-backup-nextcloud-calendars-and-addressbooks-as-ics-vcf-files/11978)_ for exporting contacts and calendars.
