I just upgraded the Windows desktop client to 3.0.2 from (I think) 2.6.5.
I’m now seeing the following warning in the desktop UI.

The confusing thing is this PC is the source of all those folders, they appear to be on the server, and everything has worked fine before the client upgrade.
This is a small personal system running at home (using Nextcloud Pi), and I have not set up any quotas.
Can anyone explain why these folders are now indicated as problems, and how I can fix the issue?
