Upgrade path from 13.0.2 to 14.0.3?

Hello,

Is there a resource somewhere regarding the possible upgrade paths ?

I currently run a Nextcloud instance v13.0.2, would it be possible to upgrade to v14.0.3 ? How so ?

(note that I’m on shared hosting, so it means manual update/grade via SFTP, no CLI access)

In the old days, it was recommended to update to the latest point release of NC 13 first (https://nextcloud.com/changelog/#latest13) and then go to 14.0.3. And it won’t hurt to do it. Perhaps it can be done directly, but I didn’t find a clear statement in the docs, so I asked for clarification:
