Upgrade from NC 9.55 to 11

I want to upgrade from NC 9.55 to NC 11.0.
I have tried to delete all the files in the folder of NC 9.55 except DATA and CONFIG, and then upload the NC 11 files.
That was no problem after this on NC 1 Page shows me that i must do something on the commandline, but i have no ssh to my hoster just ftp.
And i want to use my old files ( Calendar Contacts and uploaded Photos and so on).

You must upgrade to NC 10 first, skipping major releases is not supported (yet).

Downloaded NC 10 and uploaded and i get this:

Please use the command line updater because you have a big instance

I have just 1 user

This error is only shown for large instances with >50 users. Please report this error to https://github.com/nextcloud/server/issues
