Seems like you are running Nextcloud on top of a SQLite database and that one seems to be corrupted (failing disk or something like that?).
The search engine of your choice will come up with plenty of advise to narrow down and potentially fix this issue.
I will change the disks and install everything again.

The failing disk was only a rough guess…there may be another reasons for a corrupted database file (power outage?).
So before changing anything, you might want to do further research what happened.
