Update von 33.0.2 auf 33.0.3 über Web läuft nicht durch

PHP Version: 8.3

Hallo zusammen,

beim Versuch ein Update von 33.0.2 auf 33.0.3 über das Web zu machen
Blieb die Installtion zunächst bei “Delete old Files” hängen. Leider ohne Beschreibung welche Files nicht gelöscht werden konnten. Nachdem ich das Update nun noch einmal neugestartet habe hängt das Update nun schon bei “Check Write Permissions”

Leider bekomme ich das Update nicht beendet und kann nun nicht mehr auf die Nextcloud zugreifen. “Update in progress”

Hallo Kundo,

leider habe ich keinen SSH Zugang. Kann nur per FTP zugreifen.
Der themes Ordner ist aber komplett leer.

Hier mal ein Screenshot vom Inhalt des Nextcloud Ordners.

Da der erste Update Versuch irgendwo bei “delete old files” abgebrochen ist,
gehen ich davon aus dass alle files gelöscht, aber die neuen nicht installiert wurden.
Nun fehlen wahrscheinlich alle benötigten Dateien.

Kann ich die eventuell manuell per FTP hochladen?

Ja, gut möglich dass das Verzeichnis leer ist, was erstmal passt, jedoch können scheinbar die neuen Daten nicht geschrieben werden und da liegt wohl dein Problem.
