Nextcloud version 13.0.2 -> 13.0.4
I started the Update to 13.0.4 via the webinterface and after starting the db-update i got the folloging error:

Das Update ist fehlgeschlagen. Bitte melden Sie dieses Problem an die Nextcloud Community.
Last line seemed to be the problem: “SQLSTATE[08S01]: Communication link failure: 1153 Got a packet bigger than ‘max_allowed_packet’ bytes” but my webspace-provider told me, they can not rise this option and it might be a problem in the nextcloud code…

Is there a way to update the DB step by step?
