[Update notification + stoping upgrade] Search for the Next OC Version blocking, and no anouncing!

I have NC 17.0.6 and the anouncing was upgrade to 18.0.4,

i have start the Updating and now see i am a couples Apps works not what should
work for using my Nextcloud,

now want i stop this upgrade and disable the anouncing of the next Version of Nextclout.

how can i do this ?
