Update Nextcloud 24.04 Trouble

Good afternoon. I am using version 24.0.3, the update came on 24.0.4. I performed the update and the server gave an internal error. I found a backup of the server. With the help of his crooked hands, he restored his operability, but in the general information he gives an error that some files did not pass the integrity check.
Technical information

The following list covers which files have failed the integrity check. Please read
the previous linked documentation to learn more about the errors and how to fix
them.

Help, where can this be fixed? I had the news app on backup, I deleted this folder in apps and the problem did not disappear

I found that

'memcache.local' => '\\OC\\Memcache\\APCu',

was preventing me to upgrade. Once removed from the config.file, all went good.

However, after ugrade and everithing working as usual (including updates of some apps), adding back the line for memcache brings back the upgrade screen and fails as before.

So I left the line out of config.php until a fix is provided.
