Update from NC13 flat installation to NC17 docker - migration calender

Hello

I’m using an old Version NC13 but it’s running fine so it’s ok by now.

But now I’m migration my webserver to a new platform and I will use docker in the future.

My two points are:
I need just the user and the calendar configurations and entries from the old NC13.
-> How can I remove all the other things like fileshares aso from the configuration/database?
How can I migrate the user and calendars from NC13 to NC17 to docker?

Perhaps just export the calendar? There were also a few scripts here, how to backup the calendar for all users.
