### Steps to reproduce
1. start occ upgrade
### Expected behaviour
occ upgrade should be completed.
### Actual behaviour
InvalidArgumentException: Column name oc_flow_operations.entity is NotNull, but has empty string or null as default.

I cannot reproduce the original list any more: It must have been empty though.
