Update 18.01 to 18.03 report error

Page says report here:

So what database do you have installed?

default sqlite i believe it is. (im loading my backup, with 18.01 version)
I did notice the occdata error and i ‘fixed’ that by changing from ajax to cron, then back.

maybe i shouldnt have tried to update immediately after.

 This is still in the setup stage.  dont have it even accessing a HD yet, still on the sdcard.
