Update 13.0 -> 13.0.1 fails at "Move new files in place"

The update went fine until “Move new files in place” where it fails because it connects to iteself after removing its own htaccess file.

I have top level Apache configuration Options which need to be overriden by nextcloud’s .htaccess or it can’t work. Starting recovery now :frowning:

Solved
Restored the backup, reconfigured the apache webserver to default configuration, did the Upgrade, restored my own configuration. Now it’s working. Please change the order you install the files. The .htaccess must be in place before any call to the website is done.
