Until 3.9.0rc1 binaries and signatures where available on github with 3.9.0rc2 assets carry only sources

Since 3.9.0rc2 assets on github only carry sources, no binaries any more. And most: they do not carry signatures to check downloaded binaries.
Is this intended or just some mistake?
