Unable to Upgrade Nextcloud 29.0.3 to Nextcloud 29.0.6

PHP version : 8.3.11

The issue you are facing:

Since upgrading to Nextcloud 29.0.3, we have been unable to upgrade our Nextcloud instances.

php ./occ --version
Cloud 29.0.3 

php ./occ upgrade -vvv
Nextcloud is already latest version 

The current latest stable version is 29.0.6 (as of September 3, 2024).

How can we enforce the upgrade via the command line, or should we open an official bug report?
