I’ve updated my cloud to 15.0.2 and it is working fine.
Today I’ve noticed a notification, saying that an update for Bookmarks app is available.
When I try to go to the link https://cloud.*./settings/apps/updates#app-bookmarks Firefox stucks for a while, and after some time I see the message “No apps found for your version”.
The console shows this:

I have the same lines on Firefox 65b12 error everywhere when I’m in NC (running 15.0.2, too) and everything seems to work fine anyways, so I’d exclude it is relevant to your problem.
This said, today I’ve successfully updated Bookmark. Yours look like a network error. Did you experience the same problem also after a while?
Emmm… But the server is in just another room and now I’ve checked another time, it did load the list of updatable apps.
But what it was the first time? I’ve tried Ctrl+F5 about 10 times with some delays.
