Changing NAS from px4-300d to HP 40NL Microserver running TrueNAS 12
I’ve a WIn 10 desktop on the same network as the px4-300D NAS and the HP Microserver TrueNas and all can share/create/delete files between each other sucessfully so SMB is running fine.
Nextcloud sync is working well on the px4-300D NAS
However, when I try to set up a sync directory to the TrueNas server (using Nextcloud Windows client 3.4.2) I get the following message
‘Warning: You have no permission to write to the selected folder!’
Clearly permissions are ok between the three machines for file explorer to work.
Does Nextcloud SMB work differently and if so what permissions need changing?
