Unable to load documents

Hello, everyone!

Yesterday, after I modified my config.php file in order to

  'overwrite.cli.url' => 'https://nextcloud.vmmos.duckdns.org',
  'overwriteprotocol' => 'https',

I was able to both connect to Nextcloud Desktop, as well as open and modify documents such as spreadsheets. Now, for some reason, I cant anymore. I click to open the spreadsheet, and it just hangs in there processing, but never actually opening.

What can I do to be able to open the files again? Can anyone help please?

You need to post more details:

  • Your version info and deployment basics
  • Your config: occ config:list system
  • What Office platform you’re using and how you installed them? (there are at least three; and at least two variations on how to install them)
  • Check your Nextcloud Server logs for clues please

Uhm… sorry, I don’t know how to post any of the information you asked here. How do I fetch them? I should say, my Nextcloud is in Docker and Portainer.

I have no idea what just happened, but now it’s working again… I didn’t do anything else, but it’s working again…
